    Mosty u Jablunkova can be found easily: It is situated at the very east part of the Czech republic, in the Moravian-Silesian region, bordering with three states-Czech republic, Poland and Slovakia.The town has around 4,000 inhabitants and extends over a length of 8 km.

    The hills and mountains around Mosty u Jablunkova offer ideal conditions for trekking and mountain biking. There is a network of marked cycle paths leading up to the summits of local mountains, where chalets offer delicious refreshments.

Mosty u Jablunkova Sports and Recreation Centre

The Mosty u Jablunkova Ski Centre offers a wide range of year-round leisure activities, making it a unique recreational destination in the region.

Summer season activities:

  • bob track – a unique ride involving a 650-metre descent in a bob car travelling along a track raised above ground level. You can enjoy the ride on your own or in pairs. An electronic stopwatch will add a competitive edge to your riding experience, as you can hold official or unofficial races. Children up to age 6 ride free of charge when accompanied by a person over 12 years of age. Children up to age 8 must be accompanied.
  • rope centre – on three circuits of varying difficulty levels you can overcome 42 obstacles on 4 routes covering a total of 123 metres. Only for visitors over 12 years of age and 140 cm in height.
  • children’s rope centre – younger climbing enthusiasts can get a taste for the thrills of the ropeway on a 25-metre course with 6 obstacles, a 5-metre tunnel and a 3-metre pyramid
  • the climbing walls are 7.5 m high, and the circuits are colour coded according to their level of difficulty
  • bungee trampolines – 4 trampolines where you can bounce around secured by a safety rope
  • children’s trampolines – 8 rectangular trampolines, each for 8 children at one time
  • children’s funpark – children will love the 21 wooden climbing frames and poles, tunnels and see-saws
  • mountain scooters – go to the top of the slope on a ski-lift and do the descent on a mountain scooter. Perfect for thrill-seekers, this adrenalin ride includes a helmet and protective equipment. Only for visitors over 14 years of age, 150 cm in height and weighing under 120 kg
  • archery – there is no age limit for this bow-and-arrow attraction. Perfect for group competitions. If you hit the bullseye 3 times out of 5 attempts, you get a bonus – 8 attempts for free
  • aerotrim – secured inside a frame consisting of three rings, you can spin around weightlessly in three dimensions!
  • skiing simulator – a state-of-the-art piece of training equipment for anybody keen to improve their strength and technique
  • rodeo – who will be able to stay in the ‘saddle’ the longest?
  • games – table hockey, basketball, football, boxing, hammer, carts for children, and soft toys
  • bikepark – you can use the ski-lift to get to the bikepark (6 people and more). Visitors use their own mountain bikes.
  • paintball – a great adrenalin sport that tests your speed, strength, fitness, and above all your tactical thinking.

 

Winter season activities:

  • 44 km of maintained cross-country trails

Refreshments are available at the on-site snack bar (open all year round, covered and uncovered seating outdoors). Or you can enjoy traditional local specialities at the rustic-style restaurant of the Hotel Grůň, right next to the Ski Centre.
