Mystery shopping for INFO tourist centres 2013
Our IC at Mosty u Jablunkova got 100% score in the context of measuring the quality of services!
In Mosty u Jablunkova centre was in August done in cooperation with CzechTourism agency, proffesional organisation called A.T.I.C ČR and research agency NMS Market Research score of quality of services thanks Mystery Shopping methode.
Main aim of this project is to follow TIC in the Czech Republic via MS methode, which is help to overall improvement of services and also to point out, what is possible eventually what we can improve. TIC was overall rated by INdex, which takes value from 0%-100% and expresses quality of TIC service (the higher evaluation the better). In allover score were observed these parametres: marking TIC and operating time, exterior TIC, first impresion fo clients, interior and equipment of TIC, feat of TIC employee and allover subjective impression of visitor who visited information centre and offer of TIC.
Total result of our TIC (INDEXX) is 100%
Index less than 50% - poor performance
Index between 50% and 80% - average performance
Index higher than 80% - perfect performance
