    The hills and mountains around Mosty u Jablunkova offer ideal conditions for trekking and mountain biking. There is a network of marked cycle paths leading up to the summits of local mountains, where chalets offer delicious refreshments.

On a mountain bike above Lomná valley


The valley of Lomná river is one of the most beautiful in Beskydy. It offers you a lovely architecture, wild forests and natural attractions. For example Mionší forest (an educational forest path with a guide). In the centre of Lomná you will find a wooden cottage,where Lomnanské Museum is located and farther more an Agricultural yard and Information Centre in another wooden cottage.

In Horní Lomná you will find a spring with eternal amount of water (farther the spring there is a hotel,which has the same name as a spring) and above it, Church of Saint Cross with stations of cross, which will lead you into nature. You can start your trip through Lomná Valley in Dolní Lomná, concretely in cycling path, witch starts near the campsite Viadukt. This is a mid - level route, which will lead you through forests mainly unpaved paths without demanding steep hills or downhill. Start of the route is located at bakery in Dolní Lomná, GPS: 49°32'54.863"N, 18°42'32.324"E.

Track (please read and follow step by step these directions):
Dolní Lomná, centre of the village . Blue tourist mark (towards Kozubová), through forest path to directory Polana 2,3 km, pass turning marked with blue tourist mark, carry on asphalt road downhill to meet another asphalt road, on the right by going up across settlement Glovčín 3,9 km, continue off the asphalt road (pass turn to Kozubová), bar gate , forest path towards yellow tourist mark and cycling path no. 6082 7,1 km, above cottage Kamenitý, then left downhill to cottage, 7,7 km. Following blue tourist mark down the meadow, at lower edge on the right supported forest path and cycling path no. 6082 down to asphalt road (not main road) 10,o km. On the right passing hotel Excelsior, cycling route 6101 to Horní Lomná, tourist directory called „Horní Lomná, koupaliště“ 19,8 km. Yellow tourist mark, MTB track after leaves yellow mark on the left 22,0 km, passing around hotel Pod Kyčmolem and through serpentines to forest traverse road, on the left to yellow tourist mark, path to the Muřínkový vrch 24,7 km. On path to Severka and cottage Skalka : on yellow tourist mark to guidepost 30,1 km, on the left downhill to ski centre Severka, and then on the asphalt road down 31,6 km, continuing down to Dolní Lomná.
